On our website (www.FlowersRomania.NET) the prices are displayed in EURO, on the payment interface the amount will be displayed in RON (the romanian currency) but your card will be charged with the equivalent in your card currency.
You can also pay using a money transfer service such as Western Union or Money Gram, in this case we will deliver your order only after you send us the transaction information (amount, your name and city, transaction code).
www.FlowersRomania.NET is offering flower delivery to Romania to all cities.
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most of our products can be delivered the same day or the next day. To assure on time delivery, orders must have a correct address.
If we cannot deliver due to a wrong address provided by you we will charge the order as if it has been delivered.
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Observations field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
We offer flower delivery to Romania in all cities and rural localities, for rural localities is highly recommended that you provide us with a valid phone number.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
Some hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift or bouquet, please note them in the Observations field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt to deliver, we will either:
Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
Leave a note on the recipient's front door asking them to contact us to schedule a delivery time
Leave the arrangement in a area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary or regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift or bouquet you've selected, our experienced florists will make sure that the theme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.
Privacy Statement
The information you provide regarding yourself is considered private and will not be shared with others. This includes your name, address, phone, e-mail address. Your credit card information is sent directly to the payment processor servers and will not be shared with other. The name and address of the gift recipient, and the card message is shared with the local delivery persons, but with no one else.
In rare circumstances the information you provide to us may be shared with appropriate law enforcement or investigative authorities if we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law, stop credit card fraud, protect against misuse of our website or protect the personal safety of our site users or the public.
Cancelling the Order
If for any reason you want to change or cancel your order you must notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. Minimum 24h advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order.
