You can askt any time for a custom bouquet or another color if it does not appear on the site. www.flowersromania.net make permanent efforts to keep accurate information on this site, however the price may be changed without notice and the website may contain errors of operation. We disclaims liability for any situation that may arise due to errors of software or technical malfunction caused the serves. Final price paid by the client is made up of product price and shipping related expenses.

DELIVERY AND WORKING HOURES
Orders can be placed non-stop on the website. The activity of our operators are Monday to Friday between 10 and 19, and we deliver - between 9:00 - 21:00 for Bucharest and 8:00-18:00 for the rest of the cities in Romania. flowersromania.net deliveres in minimum 24h after the date of payment to any city in Romania, and at about 3 hours in Bucharest and surrounding areas. You may specify a delivery time frame for your order, we allways try to deliver within that time frame. flowersromania.net make every effort to deliver orders at the time specified by the client, however there may be situations in which the delivery date specified is not possible, such as days off, holidays, unfavorable weather, disasters.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS
Everything you of this site is provided as is, as long as it is available and no other warranty is provided. flowersromania.net does not assume any responsibility in case the site can be accessed by users on an unlimited period of time, from any technical or commercial reasons. flowersromania.net reserves the right at any time to change in part or in full content information presented on this site, without notice to users. flowersromania.net reserves the right to refuse delivery of any orders without obligation to justify this refusal, in this case the client will receive back the money paid for the order. If products can not deliver or suffer major damage during delivery, the customer may request a replacement product or refund of amounts.
